Tower Climber / Technician
Full-timeInstall, modify, and maintain tower equipment at height.
Foreman
Full-timeLead a crew of 2–3 technicians on tower and civil projects. 4+ years field experience required.
Civil / Electrical Technician
Full-timeGrounding, power systems, conduit, and site infrastructure work. Electrical experience preferred.
Subcontractor Crew (L&A)
SubcontractFully equipped L&A subcontractor crews for tower loading and analysis, structural work, and field installations. Bring your crew — we have the projects.
What We Look For
Minimum Requirements
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- OSHA 10 certification (OSHA 30 preferred)
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Comfortable working at heights and in all weather conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and able to travel for extended periods
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
